About The Role

We are seeking a high-level Software Engineer (Senior/Staff) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set in web application programming with a focus on developing user-centric and high-performance UI platforms. You will be a key contributor to frontend development, including creating new features and architecting patterns that ensure backend services are optimized to serve intuitive and responsive user interfaces. Your role involves transforming complex requirements into scalable, functional, and engaging interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences. Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of production application development experience
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript, React, CSS/HTML, and familiarity with TypeScript
• Experience reading and understanding complex enterprise-grade code and contributing to it effectively
• Excellent debugging skills, including source code analysis and root cause identification
• Experience integrating web APIs or micro-services with UI, collaborating closely with backend developers
• Knowledge of best practices for incorporating AI into user flows
• Familiarity with development tools and processes such as Github Workflows, Git, and JIRA
• Experience building and maintaining systems in production with over 10,000+ users
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and taking initiative
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Passion for making an impact in transforming the US healthcare landscape

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications, focusing on UI and potentially middle-layer development
• Own projects aligned with the company's product development strategy
• Design and implement solutions to create a delightful and intuitive user experience
• Contribute to the underlying platform to ensure it is scalable, secure, and extensible
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Backend Engineers, UX designers, and customers
• Translate complex requirements into functional, scalable, and responsive interfaces
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve development processes
