About The Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the development of our Origin platform. This role involves working within a collaborative team to implement new features across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong full-stack or frontend development skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and design to build out:

  • A mobile Hunter App (React Native) used by licensed wildlife removers in the field

  • An internal Command Center dashboard for operations and mission management

  • A government-facing Reporting Portal with exportable analytics

  • Implement GPS, camera, and offline functionality in the Hunter App

  • Work with APIs and data pipelines (Airtable, Fulcrum) for syncing missions, traps, and removals

  • Support secure authentication, app store deployment, and real-time updates

  • Help shape how we structure and deploy Origin across multiple users and states

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of full-stack or frontend development experience
  • Strong experience with React / React Native
  • Familiarity with AWS (especially for hosting, storage, and deployment workflows)
  • Comfort working with REST APIs, Supabase, and GitHub
  • Experience publishing apps via the Apple Enterprise Program
  • Bonuses: experience with map-based interfaces, field ops tools, debugging vibecoded platforms, or offline-first mobile development.
