We are looking for a Software Engineer Intern to join our C[i] For Sales Engineering team. This person will collaborate with skilled peers and deliver impactful, user-first features that streamline sales workflows and empower teams to close more deals. You'll contribute real code through our transparent development process, gain hands-on experience with AI-powered insights and directly advance Collective[i]'s mission to fuel economic opportunity for all.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain React components that deliver intuitive, user-focused interfaces
  • Implement event-driven Go microservices to power reliable backend workflows
  • Collaborate with peers to clarify requirements, propose intelligent solutions, and iterate transparently
  • Instrument code with observability best practices—logging, metrics, and monitoring—for clear insights into system health
  • Participate in pair programming and code reviews to share knowledge and drive collective growth

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Apply frontend and backend web development skills to build cohesive, user-first solutions
  • Can self-motivate and thrive in a remote, collaborative environment through proactive communication
  • Tackle complex challenges with thoughtful analysis and strategic problem-solving
  • Familiarity with SQL and interest in learning more advanced techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Javascript and Golang are a plus

Compensation range for this role if located in the United States.

$16—$16 USD

Compensation range for this role if located in Canada.

$20—$20 CAD
