Bonus Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in at least one systems programming language (e.g., Go, Java/Kotlin)
  • Ability to be self-motivated and learn new systems quickly
  • Experience in ML/AI/LLM integrations
  • Interest or knowledge in Sustainability and/or Carbon Accounting

What You’ll Do

  • Own front-end development work on complex projects for one of the world’s largest multinational tech companies
  • Build web apps to support the company’s sustainability data collection and forecasting
  • Turn wireframes and designs into user-facing applications
  • Making updates to backend systems and protos to support UI updates
  • Creating integrations between existing systems and new apps
  • Identify problems and make recommendations on how to best address them

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $145,000 and applies only to jobs performed in Culver City, California. This range represents the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Please note that we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

What You Need To Be Successful

  • 4+ years of professional experience building front-ends with skills such as Angular, HTML, CSS
  • Proficiency with APIs (e.g., REST, RPC, GraphQL).
  • Experience writing and running unit tests
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git or Mercurial and working via the command line
  • Experience communicating clearly with a team of fellow developers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience working in complex systems
