About The Team

Our team is made up of passionate ex-Stripe and Square leaders and engineers who’ve built and scaled products at some of the most respected companies in fintech. Role Description

We're looking for a talented software engineer to join our team and focus on the AI systems that drive our next-generation financial services. This role is ideal for someone with solid backend development skills and a strong interest in applying AI and machine learning to real-world problems. You’ll work closely with our research and engineering teams to build scalable, data-driven systems that power key product features.

What You'll Do

• Help build and maintain the infrastructure behind our AI research engine
• Work with large volumes of financial data, optimizing storage and processing, especially around time-series data
• Develop and improve components of our event-driven architecture
• Collaborate with researchers and product engineers to bring experimental models into production
• Contribute to design discussions and help define best practices for data and model pipelines
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability in production environments

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in backend development, ideally in data-intensive or finance-related systems
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, Java, or Go
• Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Hands-on experience with time-series databases or working with temporal data
• Practical knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience applying them in software systems
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams
