Job Description
Within OHAI, the Compute Infrastructure and Automation group is a Platform and Services team, which provision compute resources and develops cloud acceleration and automated solutions for all of OHAI product teams. We are always looking for strong backend engineers or strong DevOps/SRE type candidates with prior backend programming skills and cloud expertise to a) provide operational support to our product teams, b) troubleshoot cloud issues and c) develop automation whenever needed on our infrastructure.
In this specific role (Career Level IC4), you will provide technical leadership and guidance to help develop new services and processes, while operating at the leading edge of technology.
Your primary role is to lead and be responsible for designing and building scalable, distributed, and resilient software services to support health care platforms, applications, and our end users.

You mentor and empower other engineers; you happily share your knowledge with team members to foster collaboration and inclusion.
As a tech lead you will own the complete SDLC from architecture, development, testing, and deployment while accounting for first class monitoring and observability.
You balance feature development and production KPIs.
You will partner with directors, senior directors and architects to guide and lead cross functional efforts across multiple teams, regardless of their technical background.
You are skilled in defining and helping define a vision, influence a technical roadmap and help team alleviate technical and organizational hurdles. You are both an exemplary practitioner and a skilled pragmatist with a deep passion for technology

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,800 - $178,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
