Social Media Specialist / E-commerce Manager (TikTok Shop)

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company looking for a Social Media Specialist / E-commerce Manager to manage our TikTok Shop. No prior experience with TikTok Shop is requiredwe will provide full trainingbut candidates must have prior experience in social media management and a Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

Job Responsibilities:

• TikTok Shop Management: Oversee all aspects of the TikTok Shop, including product listings, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Content Strategy: Develop and implement creative social media strategies to drive sales and engagement on TikTok.
• Live Selling & Promotions: Coordinate and execute TikTok Live selling events and promotional campaigns.
• Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers to drive traffic and sales.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze TikTok Shop performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.
• Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews to maintain a positive brand image.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, viral content, and algorithm changes to maximize reach.
• Product Optimization: Work with the e-commerce team to ensure product listings are optimized for conversions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok as a platform (experience managing brand accounts is a plus).
• Ability to create engaging content and adapt to social media trends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track key metrics and improve performance.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
