What you are going to do:
- Develop and execute revenue-driven social strategies
- Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and optionally TikTok & YouTube
- Build creative briefs, work with designers/freelancers, and oversee content pipelines
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to align messaging
- Track performance and optimize for lead generation & conversion
- Stay ahead of edtech trends, audience behaviors, and social platform updates
What we expect from you
- Have 3+ years experience in social media, ideally with a sales-driven mindset
- Have strong case studies showing content that drove signups, leads, or revenue
- Can think both strategically and creatively
- Are confident managing performance dashboards and reporting tools
