Social Graphic Designer (Full-Time, Remote | CT Hours)
Compensation: $1,500–$3,000/month
We're looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, thinks creatively, and designs with purpose. This isn’t your typical corporate gig — the focus is on building a bold, results-driven brand across digital channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the design and build of landing pages (HubSpot or WordPress)
- Design decks, ad creatives (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), lead magnets (eBooks, checklists, PDFs)
- Create web assets, iconography, and collateral for events
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing, sales, and ops
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio (lead magnets, landing pages, ads, etc.)
- Mastery of Canva; familiarity with HubSpot, WordPress, basic HTML/CSS
- Excellent design fundamentals and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Comfortable working remotely and aligned with CT hours
Nice to Have:
- Experience with performance marketing and paid campaigns
- A/B testing knowledge, email design experience, video collaboration
Portfolio Must Include:
- Canva designs
- Lead magnets (PDFs, checklists, guides)
- Ad creative (paid social or PPC)
- Landing pages or web assets
