We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Shopify Website Developer to build a professional, conversion-optimized website for WorkmodeX, a new recruitment business tailored to the promotional products industry. The site should clearly communicate our services, be SEO-optimized, mobile-responsive, and ready for launch within 4 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a fully functional Shopify website based on brand guidelines and content brief.
  • Customize a premium theme or build custom sections using Shopify Liquid and HTML/CSS/JS.
  • Create service pages (Recruitment, Managed Teams, Training), About, Contact, Blog, etc.
  • Integrate lead capture forms and live chat functionality.
  • Apply basic SEO principles (meta tags, alt text, headings, speed optimization).
  • Ensure full responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  • Set up analytics tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, HubSpot if needed).
  • Test and debug across all browsers/devices.
  • Provide 1 week of post-launch support for bug fixes.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Website Completion: All required pages built and functional within 4 weeks.
  • Responsiveness Score: 100% mobile and desktop compatibility.
  • SEO Readiness: Core SEO structure completed (titles, tags, schema, speed).
  • Speed Score: PageSpeed Insights >80 for mobile and desktop. Bug-free Delivery: <5 critical bugs post-launch.* Lead Functionality: Fully functional lead capture forms & email integration.

Critical Drivers For Success

  • Excellent attention to design and detail.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI for B2B service businesses.
  • Proactive communication and ability to stick to deadlines.
  • Familiarity with recruitment, outsourcing, or service-based website structures.
  • Willingness to collaborate with content and brand design team.

Contract will be between 4-8 weeks.

We spend a lot of times working out what are the best products to use to help them build their brand through the use of branded merchandise. We are a team of 13 that all work together closely and together as a team to create solutions for our clients that are different and always on brand. We are a remote team however we focus on building a great culture to work with. The majority of our team are based in the Philippines and we have a local team leader to support you on your day to day tasks.
