Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a technical support or service delivery role
- Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
- Proven experience and understanding of ITSM and GRC
- Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Fluent English on min. B2 level – both, written and spoken
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and resolving issues efficiently
- Focus is on streamlining operations to improve speed or efficiency or provide a better experience for the user or customer

- Be a part of rapidly growing team of ServiceNow professionals combining deep business process and technology experience: IT Service Management Consultants, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Architects and Developers
- Have a chance to participate in interesting projects for high profile clients, global and regional sector leaders transforming their IT organizations with help of ServiceNow platform
- Assist the lead or work independently in design, development and implementation of IT Service Management and Service Integration solutions on ServiceNow platform
- Work to implement business and process requirements captured in form of user stories
- Be able to expand your knowledge using on-demand and virtual classroom trainings
