Work closely with third-party production houses and print partners: offer creative consultations, recommend paper and material solutions, etc.

Evaluate prototypes and samples to ensure conformity to production files and resolution to quality issues.
Supervise the printing process to make sure the products meet quality and consistency standards.
Ability to prioritize and manage timelines and workflow of print design projects.
Stay up to date with the latest design techniques, trends, and printing standards.
Uphold the brand identity guidelines.
Drive sustainability and seek the latest design and technology trends in packaging.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the competition.

Mentor and guide packaging designers by providing creative direction, technical expertise, and support in developing innovative and effective packaging solutions.
About You:
BA in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
6+ years of experience in a similar role, designing packaging for FMCG products, especially food and beverages.
Strong portfolio of print, packaging & graphic design.
Fluency with Adobe CC Programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design softwares.
Experience with organizational tools such as Jira, Sprout, Slack, etc.
Understanding of the print world, CMYK, and Pantone.
Possesses a deep understanding of printing standards and design principles.
Experience producing printed materials such as catalogs, brochures, and magazine designs.
Understanding of printing standards such as GRACoL, G7, and SWOP.
Experience in creating technical drawings, instructions, and specification packs.
Strong in typography, design systems & visual storytelling.
Strong technical understanding in developing packaging from concept through to final product, with experience working with different materials and print processes.
Highly organized, with excellent communication and time management skills.
