Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Manager, B2B Marketing to drive lead generation, expand business from existing accounts, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with regional sales teams across India, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and other emerging markets to enable business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to planning and executing marketing initiatives, including decision-maker events, targeted lead generation campaigns and key account expansion. The candidate will lead a small team and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Account Growth: Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to attract new leads and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with regional sales teams to provide marketing support, sales collateral, and customer insights for effective pipeline growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Create and implement marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with existing clients, drive retention, and increase revenue.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute high-impact events targeting key decision-makers across emerging markets to strengthen brand positioning and business relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales and sales enablement, product, content, digital, and customer service teams to drive an integrated marketing approach.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze campaign performance, optimize marketing strategies, and report on key metrics.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a small marketing team to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.

Qualifications And Prerequisites

  • 6-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing, preferably in SaaS, enterprise solutions, or professional services. Exposure to B2B marketing in academia, research, or knowledge-driven industries would be a plus.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation, customer engagement, and business expansion from existing accounts.
  • Strong understanding of regional dynamics in India, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and emerging markets.
  • Experience in planning and executing decision-maker events and industry conferences.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and sales stakeholders to drive results.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

For this role, the interview process begins with the Head of Marketing, focusing on growth strategy, technical expertise, and business impact. Next, candidates will proceed to Interview 2 with the HR Business Partner, assessing leadership, cultural fit, and career aspirations. The final stage is an interview with the Chief growth Officer, evaluating strategic thinking, collaboration skills, and overall suitability for the role. All interviews will be conducted virtually via MS Teams.
