Job Description:

The Senior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Elevate Entertainment Group and its family of brands. This position is responsible for leading the creation of compelling visuals across digital, print, and experiential platforms. From large campaigns to local promotions, the ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, creative excellence, and brand consistency to elevate every project.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including key art, digital ads, social media assets, in-theater signage, email graphics, motion graphics, and more.

Collaborate with the marketing, events, and operations teams to develop engaging content that drives attendance and guest engagement.

Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for multiple entertainment brands under the EEG umbrella.

Conceptualize and produce creative for film releases, promotions, events, and experiential activations.

Work closely with external vendors, print houses, and freelance designers to ensure consistency and quality.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail, quality, and deadlines.

Stay ahead of design trends in entertainment, hospitality, and lifestyle branding.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.

3-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

Experience in motion graphics and basic video editing a plus.

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work and visual storytelling.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

A passion for entertainment, movies, and guest experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with cinema, restaurant, or retail brands.

Photography, content creation, or illustration skills are a plus.
