About The Role

Lead high-level projects that blend craft, strategy, and creativity. From concept to execution, shape ideas, refine details, and ensure every piece meets the highest standards. Through campaigns, thought leadership, and compelling branded content that drives results and tells our story – the work will define how the firm shows up in the world. Collaborate with the Sr Creative Manager, writers, strategists and other creatives to create work that truly resonates.

What You'll Do

  • Create design concepts across a range of mediums—social, digital, print, motion, and experiential.
  • Lead the design of marketing materials to strengthen our brand, support new business, and share thought leadership.
  • Present your work clearly, articulating your creative approach and rationale to internal teams.
  • Thoughtfully apply feedback, ensuring revisions align with project goals and uphold design quality.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorms and strategic discussions, bringing a strong point of view on design and visual storytelling.
  • Stay current on design trends and tools, continually evolving your craft.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed, aligned with the goals of the role.
  • Partner with legal, compliance, or regulatory teams (as applicable) to ensure all content meets required standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree in multimedia production, design, communications, digital media, or related field preferred
  • 5 years of graphic design experience
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a strong focus on Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Motion design skills, with specific experience in Adobe After Effects (plus 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender)
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud required; Experience with Figma, and FigJam, not required, but a plus for digital design and collaboration
  • Demonstrate proficiency in WordPress (design and development)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: articulating ideas clearly, giving and receiving feedback constructively, acting as a storyteller, and thriving in presenting
  • Be comfortable owning and leading projects independently
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new ideas and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various stakeholders and external partners

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern Time

The Pay Range For This Role Is

13 - 15 USD per hour (Remote (Quintana Roo, MX))
