Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Sr. Creative Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the visual identity of our brand across all digital touchpoints. From performance marketing creatives and product visuals to brand campaigns and landing pages, you will be at the forefront of creating impactful designs that influence millions of travelers globally. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can think strategically, execute swiftly, and elevate the brand’s visual presence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and own end-to-end execution of design projects—from concept to final delivery.
  • Design compelling visuals across formats—social media, ads, emailers, landing pages, web banners, presentations, and product UI assets.
  • Translate briefs into high-quality creative output aligned with Thrillophilia’s brand identity.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, tech, and product teams to deliver performance-driven creatives.
  • Continuously optimize designs based on campaign performance data and user feedback.
  • Mentor junior designers, offering guidance on visual quality and creative best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in travel, digital design, and visual storytelling to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic/visual design—preferably in digital-first or consumer tech/D2C brands.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Canva, etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital campaigns, branding, and social media.
  • Good understanding of layout principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business goals and performance metrics.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ownership mindset.
  • Motion design or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) are a plus.
