Role Description

As a RAG Software Developer, you'll be designing, building, and maintaining retrieval-augmented generation systems. This includes developing embedding pipelines, implementing vector search solutions, creating custom agents, and integrating with LLM APIs. You'll work on optimizing retrieval accuracy, maintaining knowledge bases, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our RAG applications.

Required

  • Software-related university degree
  • Several years of software development experience
  • Experience building RAG applications (professional or projects)
  • Experience with frameworks like autogen, langchain, smolagents
  • Currently using AI agents in development workflow

Nice to have

  • Experience fine-tuning LLMs
