Python Fullstack Developer

Title: React Fullstack Developer
Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Timings: Full Time (As per company timings)
Shift Timings: 5.30 AM IST to 2.30 PM IST
Notice Period : (Immediate Joiner - Only)

Key Responsibilities

Ø Architect and build responsive and performant UIs using ReactJS, TypeScript/JavaScript

Ø Design and implement component-based architectures using Redux, Context API, or React Query

Ø Collaborate closely with design and product teams to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality code

Ø Implement frontend testing strategies using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar

Ø Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

Ø Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints using Django, Flask, or FastAPI

Ø Develop scalable backend services with focus on modularity, reusability, and testability

Ø Manage integrations with third-party APIs, services, and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

Ø Implement authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, etc.)

Ø Monitor and enhance application performance and scalability

Ø Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

Ø Maintain technical documentation for internal and external consumption

Required Qualifications

Ø 6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with strong focus on ReactJS and Python

Ø Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs

Ø Solid experience in ReactJS, Redux/Context API, Hooks, and functional components

Ø Proficiency with Python web frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django

Ø Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

Ø Good experience with Docker, Git, and modern CI/CD workflows

Ø Familiarity with system design, microservices, caching strategies, and asynchronous processing

Ø Excellent communication and leadership skills
