Product Intern - Glxssy Beaute

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on competitors' cosmetics and market trends
• Communicate with partners, suppliers, and internal teams
• Assist in project updates and coordination
• Brainstorm ideas for new cosmetic products
• Research ingredients and packaging options
• Support in prototype development

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in the cosmetic industry, with knowledge of current trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights to drive strategic product decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute to the success of the cosmetic company's product portfolio
