About DotWorld

At DotWorld, we have a clear and ambitious vision: to push the boundaries of SaaS by creating simple, useful, and well-thought-out products — practical tools that make everyday life easier for millions of people around the world.

Over the past few years, we've explored, tested, learned, and iterated. Today, our business is structured around four major verticals:

  • HR Tech: resume building, language tests, etc.
  • File Management: a one-stop shop for file management (compression, conversion, translation, signature editing)
  • All-in-one Creative Suite: design, editing, animation, photo retouching
  • Used Vehicle History: all key info (accidents, mileage, owners, etc.) to assess reliability

Our Approach

We build robust, easy-to-use, and technically solid SaaS tools. Once the foundation is laid, we scale internationally (translation, localization) and accelerate growth through an effective acquisition strategy powered by our SEO and SEA team.

This model works:

  • Over 50 million visitors per year
  • 0 fundraising: 100% bootstrapped growth
  • Profitable from year 1
  • Grown from 1 to 40+ team members in 4 years
  • A team that’s autonomous, driven, and ambitious

Everything we do is built as a team. Our strength lies in our independent, engaged teammates, where everyone makes a real impact.

90% of the team works remotely, with a culture built on trust, flexibility, and respect for individual rhythms.

We foster a caring, stimulating, and demanding environment, where individual fulfillment drives collective success.

A Culture of Excellence

At DotWorld, we aim high: quality, rigor, and efficiency in the service of impact. We're results-driven: performance and self-improvement drive us daily.

Continuous improvement, innovation, and creativity are core to our culture. Every product is refined iteratively until it reaches its best possible version.

We adopt the latest technologies thoughtfully, to offer modern, high-performing, and future-proof solutions.

What’s Next?

We’re looking for curious, autonomous, smart, and enthusiastic people — individuals who love to build, test, improve, and aim high.

šŸ‘‰ Want to join us? We can’t wait to meet you.

šŸ‘„ Diversity

DotWorld is an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusive hiring practices. We believe in a work environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to our collective success, regardless of identity or background.

We thank all applicants for their interest and the time they invest in their application.
