Product Designer

I’m helping Brickstech find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Product Designer.

This is a cool job because you’ll get to design impactful products that bring startup ideas to life in fast-paced, founder-led teams.

What makes you a strong candidate:

• You are proficient in Adobe XD, Figma, Project design, and Prototyping.
• English - Fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and outcomes.
• Experience designing across web and mobile platforms.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and design systems.
• Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with product managers, engineers, and other designers.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that effectively communicate design intentions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries.
