Product Design Specialist

We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our Product Design team and significantly improve our customers’ journeys while impacting key business metrics. You’re expected to be hands-on, embrace challenges, and elevate our ongoing effort to reduce complexity and enhance consistency across our global SaaS product. You’ll need energy and an experimental mindset to make things happen in a fast-paced market.

Main Responsibilities:

- Collaborate actively with Design leadership to improve processes.

- Refine the design of existing products, adapting solutions to meet customer expectations.

- Influence the user experience across the entire product line.

- Use data and research to validate hypotheses.

- Partner with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to strategically integrate design into development, serving as a reference in decisions that ensure a user-centered experience.

- Act as a technical and best-practice reference, mentoring other designers and fostering a collaborative, learning-driven environment.

- Focus on user experience and product innovation to drive decision-making.

- Leverage and expand our design system when creating flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals.

- Communicate effectively, translating customer needs and design choices into business outcomes.

- Deliver clean, attractive interfaces that simplify complex experiences, ensuring consistency and refinement for our users.

Requirements:

- Strong command of technical guidelines for digital platform design (web, iOS, Android) and knowledge of inclusive design principles.

- Experience with data analysis, user research, and prototyping.

- Familiarity with Lean methodology.

- Proven contributions to the development of comprehensive design systems, including component design and designer education.

- Ability to quickly develop and iterate on UI/UX concepts, with strong UI skills and the ability to create intuitive, engaging interfaces.

- Advanced knowledge of Figma.

- Expertise in creating, implementing, and managing complex design systems, including documentation, governance, and team training for effective usage.

- High attention to detail and excellence in execution.

- Long-term vision and ability to align design decisions with high-level business goals, contributing to strategic decision-making.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills in dynamic environments.

- Ability to align design decisions with business goals, adapt to constraints, and prioritize pragmatically.

- Openness to feedback and a constructive mindset.

Nice-to-haves:
