Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented PowerPoint Designer to support the creation of engaging, visually impactful presentations for training sessions, executive briefings, client proposals, and thought leadership content.
This role is perfect for a designer who combines creativity with structure, understands how to bring content to life visually, and can work both independently and collaboratively under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Presentation Design
- Design and format PowerPoint presentations that are visually appealing, brand-aligned, and audience-appropriate.
- Transform raw content, outlines, or text-heavy slides into polished, high-impact presentations using graphics, animations, and layout expertise.
- Ensure consistency of fonts, colors, spacing, and visual hierarchy across all slides.
- Visual Storytelling
- Use design principles to reinforce key messages and support learning outcomes.
- Create custom diagrams, infographics, and visual aids that clarify complex ideas.
- Support the visual translation of strategic frameworks, process models, and case studies.
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with facilitators, content developers, and project managers to understand the message and audience for each presentation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while delivering on brand, on time, and with high quality.
- Provide final files optimized for both presenter mode and participant handouts.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in professional presentation design or graphic design with a focus on PowerPoint.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including animations, slide masters, and templates.
- Strong visual design skills and a solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and a sharp eye for consistency and detail.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting quick-turn deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience designing presentations for training, consulting, or learning and development audiences.
