Position: Personal Assistant

Working hours: 9am - 5pm EST

Company location: Canada (remote)

Salary: USD$1.5k - $1.9k / month + PTO

Candidates location: Latam (Latin America)

The personal assistant will support the founder with travel arrangements, personal and work related stuff. It's a flexible, hands-on role aimed at bringing more efficiency to the company’s processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a personal assistant
• Proficient with common tools: Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Slack, LinkedIn, travel booking platforms
• Experience in social media management (especially LinkedIn)
• Comfortable with voice-to-text messaging
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Proactive and intuitive in anticipating needs
• Strong organizational skills
• Capable of operating independently with minimal hand-holding
• Ability to adapt communication style and writing voice
