Job Overview:

We are seeking a People and Culture Intern to join our HR team at BayanTech. This internship is an exciting opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in human resources, with a primary focus on recruitment. You will support various HR initiatives and gain exposure to our dynamic, multicultural work environment.

Duration: 3 Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, and coordinating interviews.

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

  • Help coordinate employer branding and talent outreach initiatives on platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.

  • Provide support in other People & Culture tasks such as:

  • Organizing engagement or team-building activities.

  • Supporting training and development initiatives.

  • Assisting with employee surveys or basic HR documentation.

  • Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy in all HR-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
