The Role
About This Role
Hello, prospective pickle! We’re seeking a Partner Marketing Associate to help scale Design Pickle’s fast-growing affiliate and referral programs. You’ll support day-to-day operations, onboard new partners, ensure commissions are paid out accurately, and help drive partner engagement.
This is a detail-heavy, execution-focused role! You’ll be the operational glue that keeps our partner engine running — a behind-the-scenes champion helping affiliates succeed through structure, responsiveness, and follow-through.

- Review, onboard, and activate new affiliate and referral partners via PartnerStack
- Support partner transitions and manual commission payouts
- QA commission triggers and invoices to ensure accurate, timely payouts
- Manage the affiliate inbox and triage inquiries
- Respond to PartnerStack messages and escalate as needed
- Track FAQ patterns and support creation of standardized responses
- Support partner promotions, contests, and bonus initiatives
- Help draft and schedule email campaigns
- Maintain and communicate incentive structures clearly
- Create and maintain partner enablement content (guides, swipe copy, training materials)
- Organize shared folders and ensure version control
- Identify gaps in partner resources and work to resolve them
- Report weekly metrics and monitor funnel health
- Flag drop-offs in partner activation or conversion
- Maintain clean, reconciled data across PartnerStack and internal systems
Ideal Profile
- 2+ years in affiliate, partner, or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with PartnerStack (or a similar platform) preferred
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a bonus
- Detail-oriented, structured, and efficient
- Excellent written communication — fast, clear, and brand-aligned
- Able to prioritize multiple requests without losing track
- Proactive and self-managing — sees next steps before they’re assigned
- Comfortable working asynchronously with global teams
- Organized and process-driven
