Job Overview

We are seeking a Partner Coordinator to support and enhance our relationships with key technology partners. This role will focus on managing partner-related activities, facilitating communication, executing and managing partner portal activities, and ensuring operational excellence in our partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and business development, helping to maximize the impact of our partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams on partner-related initiatives and requests.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of joint marketing and go-to-market activities with partners.
  • Maintain and update partner-related documentation, including agreements, partner reports, and sales alignment
  • Support partner reporting efforts by tracking key performance indicators and assisting with partner portal updates.
  • Coordinate partner training, certifications, and enablement programs to ensure our teams are up to date on partner solutions.
  • Facilitate internal communication between sales, marketing, and delivery teams regarding partner programs, updates, and opportunities.
  • Help identify and communicate co-selling opportunities between phData and our partners.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in partner management, sales operations, or a related field.
  • AWS or Microsoft partner portal experience required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Google Suites and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience in a technology services or consulting company is a plus.
  • Passion for partnerships, collaboration, and driving business impact through strategic relationships.
