About The Role
We're looking for a storyteller who can simplify journeys and bring product features to life through motion and microcopy. This role blends UX thinking, onboarding clarity, and social-first animations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build explainer animations and short-form motion reels
- Refine UX flows and microcopy for task-based systems
- Shape how contributors understand missions and redemption logic
- Test different ways to visually onboard new users into the ecosystem
- Ensure each feature is communicated clearly in both app and social formats
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with motion tools (After Effects, Lottie, Canva motion)
- Comfort working with UX flows, copy, and storytelling frameworks
- Work samples that explain crypto, finance, or reward tools
- Past roles involving Web3 onboarding or gamification
