Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and evolution of Snoonu’s visual language and its sub-brands — including logos, color systems, typography, graphic styles, and design guidelines.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of visual guidelines and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and internal teams: marketing, product development and sales — to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions.
  • Design and prepare for print a variety of offline brand materials such as merchandise, packaging, printed assets, and exhibition booths.
  • Coordinate with photographers, print providers, and external vendors to ensure smooth production and high-quality execution.
  • Generate and develop creative concepts for new sub-brands.
  • Ensure visual consistency and high design standards across all branding outputs.
  • Help scale and systematize brand-related design processes and assets.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on branding and visual identity.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, including logos and real-world brand applications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
  • Experience using AI tools (such as MidJourney, ChatGPT, or similar) in the design process.
  • Ability to present and defend design ideas clearly and convincingly.
  • Strong understanding of branding systems and how to build and apply visual guidelines.
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating or evolving brand identity systems from scratch.
  • Familiarity with offline production, including print processes and physical brand assets.
  • Experience building scalable design systems in multi-brand ecosystems.
  • Experience working with 3D graphics or integrating 3D elements into brand design.
  • Background in FMCG, e-commerce, or large product ecosystems.
