What Will Need To Do

• Develop the product using Python, FastAPI, and related technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Follow best practices to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Organize CI/CD processes for seamless automated deployments
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Compare multiple approaches to solving a business problem
• Participate in communications with customers to identify business problems and opportunities to solve them

Our Expectations

• Proficiency in Python programming (4+ years)
• Language Proficiency: English at a B2-C1 level, Russian at a B2 level.
• Experience designing and developing APIs (FastAPI preferred)
• Firm knowledge of architecture design patterns
• Proficiency in databases like Postgres and SQL
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Docker Compose)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork

It Will Be a Plus

• Experience in application of hyperparameter optimization techniques to improve model performance.
• Experience in monitoring production models and implementing processes for automatic model correction based on new data.
• Experience with classic ML and DL (training projects/competitions).
• Experience with Databrix.
• Experience with Code Review.
