Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer

Compensation: $95,000-$140,000 plus equity. Comprehensive healthcare and 401(k) included.

Minimum Experience Required: 2-4 years of full-stack development experience.

Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time.

The Role: We're seeking a versatile Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. You'll have the opportunity to work on both the frontend and backend, contributing to the development of robust and scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop features across both frontend and backend, ensuring seamless integration and functionality that meets user needs.
  • Improve application scalability by optimizing code and architecture, focusing on performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement new features based on user feedback and market trends.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Need:

  • 2-4 years of full-stack development experience with a strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies.
  • Proficiency in React for frontend development and Node.js, Python, or Go for backend development, demonstrating versatility in your skill set.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in an Agile environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and iterative development.
