Position:

As a Meta Ads Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality ad creatives that drive performance for a diverse clientele. Collaborating closely with marketers and fellow designers, you'll interpret briefs strategically to produce compelling ads that resonate with various brand identities.

Responsibilities:

• Design approximately 50 brand-safe ad creatives per week for early clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives such as promotions, awareness campaigns, and seasonal themes.
• Apply strategic thinking to interpret briefs, creating ads optimized for performance rather than merely following instructions.
• Collaborate with marketers and other designers to maintain high-quality standards and consistency across all ad outputs.
• Adapt to multiple brand identities, demonstrating a strong understanding of branding fundamentals and the ability to switch between different design languages as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating aesthetically pleasing graphic assets, particularly for digital advertising platforms. (Meta preferably)
• Strong understanding of branding fundamentals with the ability to adapt to various brand styles and guidelines.
• Ability to produce a high volume of quality ad creatives efficiently, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with the latest design tools and software, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
