What would you be doing:
- Create, monitor, analyze, and edit performance marketing campaigns.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
- Executing marketing campaigns via Facebook ads, Google ads, traffic sources, and other marketing tools.
- Prepare performance reports for management.
- Experiment with new platforms and channels.
- Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.
- Monitor costs and return on investment.
- Collaborate with other departments (creative, copywriting, project management, etc.) to optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Manage and execute marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet specified objectives.

- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences.
- Expertise in market research, ad copy creation, testing, and optimization.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Proven ability to think critically and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to handle additional hours when necessary to meet deadlines and project demands.
