Job Description: We are seeking a Marketing Virtual Assistant who can effectively coordinate marketing activities and manage social media content. This role requires someone with the right attitude toward innovation and efficiency, who can work independently while maintaining brand consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels

Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts for various platforms

Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics

Assist with content calendar planning and implementation

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging

Research industry trends and competitor activities

Support email marketing campaigns

Maintain marketing materials and digital assets

Provide regular reporting on marketing performance

Assist with ad hoc marketing projects as needed

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in marketing or social media management

Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (Canva, etc.)

Experience with social media scheduling tools

Self-motivated with excellent time management skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Basic understanding of digital marketing principles

Experience with content creation is a plus
