We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our growing team in executing impactful campaigns, creating compelling email marketing in HubSpot, and assisting with event coordination. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative, and results-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Are you a creative and detail-oriented marketer who loves crafting engaging campaigns, building email marketing strategies, and supporting impactful events? We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, create compelling emails in HubSpot, and coordinate events that leave a lasting impression. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Execution and Support:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop messaging and content that aligns with campaign goals.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
  • Utilize data to contribute to a marketing team strategy for digital and demand generation performance.
  • Serve as supplemental support for the demand generation team when needed for marketing campaigns.
  • Provide ongoing support as needed for marketing metrics and reporting needs.

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing emails to ensure engaging and error-free content.
  • Build and manage email campaigns in HubSpot, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
  • Deploy corporate-level and vertical-level marketing assets in HubSpot, including landing pages and forms.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and implement best practices to improve engagement.

Event Marketing & Support

  • Assist in planning and promoting virtual and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, outreach, and follow-up communications to maximize event success.
  • Develop event-related collateral, such as landing pages, email invites, and social media posts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Technology, Statistics or similar area of study.
  • 2+ years of marketing, email marketing, or campaign execution.
  • Experience with Hubspot /Pardot preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with B2B marketing, preferably for a SaaS/Tech company
  • Comprehensive understanding of Inbound marketing
  • Data-driven mindset; you should be comfortable working in a variety of BI and spreadsheet tools to manipulate data, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-based decisions
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
  • Self-driven desire to learn, research and test new opportunities within the growing digital landscape
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with other cross-functional teams
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
  • Highly organized and works well within a demanding environment
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation abilities - must be able to communicate complex ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with event planning and logistics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
