Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position that can be performed out of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA

We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Specialist who thrives on digital marketing. Supporting the growth marketing manager as part of the demand generation execution team, your role will be to build emails, landing pages, and other campaign materials to support the efforts to identify MQLs, as well as communicate effectively with our existing customer base, partner community, and internal stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their marketing skills and focus on demand generation.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in North America. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Growth Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities Include

Digital Execution

• Build and schedule email campaigns and communications using HubSpot
• Create and optimize landing pages that convert traffic
• Manage and publish social content across platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube)
• Coordinate joint marketing efforts with partners, including co-branded campaigns, asset development, and lead tracking

Marketing Reports & Analytics

• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on lead activity
• Maintain and update marketing calendars, tools, and trackers

Content & Web Support

• Assist in the management and updating of the corporate website
• Conduct basic SEO tasks to support organic traffic growth
• Ensure alignment of landing pages and content with campaign messaging
• Support the coordination and promotion of webinars, events, and sponsorships

Must Have Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional B2B or B2G experience in digital marketing
• Experience with email marketing and landing page creation
• Proficiency in HubSpot
• Basic design skills (Canva tools preferred)
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Outstanding organizational skills, task and detail-orientated, with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong communications skills and a self-starter

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience working in B2B SaaS or government technology
• Familiarity with SEO practices and performance metrics
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
• Experience creating or managing content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and X/Twitter

Compensation

• Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000/yr DOE
• Hourly rate will be adjusted based on experience and geographic location.
