Skin Laundry is seeking a Marketing Project Specialist.

Compensation: $70-$75k

Location: We will only be accepting applications for those based in (CO,TX,AZ,NV)

Schedule: Due to the nature of projects, employees may need to work on a weekend / holiday basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely execution of all Marketing campaigns from ideation to post-campaign reporting
  • Collaborates with Marketing team to deliver successful results across brand, creative, editorial, social, CRM & paid marketing channels
  • Updates and tracks team tasks in Asana, such as creative brief requests, copy requests, and day-to-day Marketing operations
  • Serve as liaison to various cross functional departments such as Field/Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Medical
  • Responsible for managing orders with print vendor
  • Manage intake of Marketing & Creative requests and work with stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and prioritize accordingly
  • Collaborate across the organization, including with key stakeholders and external vendors or partners, facilitating meetings when necessary
  • Plays an integral role in opening new clinics working with internal team members and retail development teams
  • Facilitates in sharing marketing campaign hind sights, conducting retrospectives to gain insights on what process changes and efficiencies can be implemented
  • Updates Marketing roadmap and master calendar with input from relevant leadership team members

Education and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a project management role, with exposure to marketing and creative projects
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and communicate effectively
  • Keen attention to detail and adaptability to quick changes
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Asana, JIRA, or similar project management platform knowledge preferred
