National Corporate Housing looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager. We are looking for someone who will sit at the intersection of marketing support for internal (operations/sales) and external customers.

You’ll be customer-obsessed, detail-oriented with a natural process mindset; focusing on seamless execution of marketing initiatives, creative asset management, and event coordination. You will collaborate with other groups within the company to orchestrate successful marketing operations fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Execution & Product Management:

  • Oversee the design, video, and related event experience production to ensure brand consistency and quality.

  • Work with internal and external creative teams to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Ensure all creative assets align with the brand guidelines and business objectives.

  • Ensure all assets are organized and managed in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool.

  • Support Service on Demand & Digital Asset Management:

  • Manage on-demand marketing service requests, ensuring streamlined and automated workflows/efficient turn times.

  • Oversee DAM system, ensuring organized, accessible, and properly organized/managed assets and workflows.

  • Control access permissions and governance to maintain brand integrity, asset security, version control.

  • Internal Request Management & Fulfillment:

  • Develop and manage an efficient internal request system for marketing needs (design, copy, video, campaign, and external event support).

  • Track request volumes, response times, and fulfillment efficiency to optimize workflows.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set realistic expectations and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

  • Event Planning & Execution:

  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, webinars, and external corporate events.

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and on-site execution.

  • Ensure brand consistency and seamless experiences across all event touchpoints.

Skills

  • Project & Workflow Management/Tools – Strong ability to prioritize, streamline, and execute multiple projects. Strong skills in managing work and communication internal process/progress through project/tasks management tools (e.g., JIRA, etc.).
  • Creative Production Oversight – Experience managing design, video, and experiential marketing projects.
  • Technology & Systems – Proficiency in DAM, project management tools, and event software.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Ability to work with creative, operations, and sales teams to fulfill marketing needs.
  • Event Management – Expertise in planning, coordinating, and executing events.
  • Process Optimization – Strong understanding of marketing workflows and automation to improve efficiency.
  • Detail Oriented – Keen eye for details; ensuring high-quality output across marketing deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 4-7 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, event coordination.
  • Experience in marketing automation/Salesforce preferred
  • Minimum: BS/BA degree in marketing
