About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile and creative Marketing Designer to join our team and take ownership of the visual design work that supports our marketing, brand, and go-to-market efforts. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and strategy — someone who can craft compelling visuals for both print and digital channels, bring our brand to life across customer touchpoints, and enhance our materials with motion design when appropriate. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product stakeholders to create high-impact assets that reinforce our brand and make our communications memorable.

You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…

• Design and produce a wide range of marketing assets including print brochures and sales materials
• Design and produce presentation decks, social media graphics, email visuals, and landing pages
• Develop and evolve brand systems, templates, and design standards
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer- and partner-facing touchpoints
• Collaborate with stakeholders in marketing, sales, operations, and product
• Create visuals that support campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership with stakeholders
• Occasionally produce motion graphics or short animations for brand storytelling, videos, or event presentations.
• Define and refine our visual identity as the brand matures, including logo use, color systems, typography, and iconography.
• Create reusable templates (e.g., in Figma or Canva) that help non-designers maintain visual consistency.
• Support internal design needs for branded documentation, signage, and presentations.

We’re excited about you because you have…

• 3+ years of experience as a marketing designer, brand designer, or visual designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work, as well as brand identity development.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma
• Proficiency with optional motion tools like After Effects or Lottie.
• Experience working within or building a brand system and style guide.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Bonus: Motion design experience (GIFs, simple animations, explainer visuals).

Compensation and Benefits

This role will receive competitive salary, benefits, and variable compensation. The salary for U.S.-based employees in this role will be within the range listed below. Compensation is determined by various factors, including experience, location, and performance. This position is also eligible for variable compensation based on individual and company performance.

💰 Salary Range:

$70,00 to $85,000 USD annually

Remote/Hybrid Schedule + Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)
