About this role
We are looking for a Campaign Coordinator to join our product marketing team and play a key role in driving and executing impactful marketing campaigns. This role will ensure seamless execution and alignment between messaging, target audiences, and campaign objectives, playing a critical role in helping us to launch new features, promote product value, and deepen engagement with our customers.
You’ll work closely with Product Marketing Managers to bring messaging, positioning, and product strategy to life through coordinated marketing campaigns. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional partners in Content, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure consistent and timely delivery of campaign assets and activities.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about working behind the scenes to make complex product launches and marketing initiatives run smoothly.
This role will work closely with our US team and will therefore be expected to work hours that cross over with at least half of the US working day.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with product launches and business objectives.
Assist with product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate go-to-market strategies into actionable campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Design, Sales Enablement, Growth Marketing) to produce and deliver campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, social content, and sales collateral.
Develop and maintain product collateral, sales enablement materials, and content that supports product adoption and customer engagement.
Assist in audience segmentation and list management to ensure targeted outreach and engagement.
Manage campaign timelines, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates and insights to key stakeholders.
Support post-campaign analysis and reporting to evaluate the success of initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization.
About you
2-5+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or product marketing support.
Experience working in B2B SaaS.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in campaign execution and content review.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with global teams across time zones.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience developing product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus. Preferred tools include Salesforce, Pardot, Qualified, and Asana.
