HiCareer is hiring on behalf of our client – a digital product company helping professionals build better work habits and routines. We’re looking for a creative, organized, and curious Marketing Coordinator to help bring campaigns and content to life. If you're early in your career and want to grow into a full-stack marketer — this role could be your start.

This 70-person SaaS company creates tools for productivity and wellbeing at work. The team works from hubs like Amsterdam, Berlin, and Copenhagen, with a remote-first culture across Europe.

Their marketing team is now expanding to support a growing product and user base.

🎯 What You’ll Do

You’ll support the Brand & Marketing team (currently 4 people) and work closely with content creators, designers, and performance marketers.

  • Coordinate and publish content across email, blog, and social
  • Help organize marketing campaigns and events
  • Assist in preparing newsletters, visuals, and landing pages
  • Work with analytics to track campaign performance
  • Keep marketing tools and assets well-organized

Tools you’ll likely use:

Notion, Figma, Webflow, Google Workspace, Mailchimp or Customer.io, Canva

🙋‍♂️ Is this you?

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, content, or comms
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote team
  • Creative but organized — you like getting things done
  • Bonus: experience with social media, newsletters, or basic design tools
