Brandt Information Services is the leading provider of SaaS technology and marketing services for state wildlife and parks agencies across the United States. Our software platform powers the digital infrastructure behind outdoor recreation, enabling millions of people to explore public lands by purchasing campground reservations, fishing and hunting licenses, boat registrations, and more. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both traditional and digital marketing practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing and supporting marketing campaigns by coordinating various activities such as content creation, client communications, proactive planning, and data analysis. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Clients, Product Management, Development, Quality Assurance, Operations, Contact Center, Fulfillment, and Customer Success, to coordinate marketing initiatives. Your expertise in marketing coordination will be imperative in delivering successful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain, and expand marketing automation SaaS tools to find efficiencies; improve user experience; drive revenue; and support state initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and track multichannel campaigns including email, text SMS, push notifications, digital ads, and direct mail.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate initiatives to ensure on time and on budget campaigns by working with state agency clients; SaaS tool consultants; advertising agency; and freelance staff.
  • Monitor data integrity and best practices for marketing automation technology stack.
  • Lead client-facing meetings and provide updates and reports on budget, project status, recent successes, and upcoming plans.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working autonomously in a corporate space, owning tasks and projects as well as meeting deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for coordinating with teams and crafting clear marketing messages.
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign data, tracking metrics, and generating actionable insights.
  • Proactive approach to collaboration, solving problems and creating strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through active listening and empathetic engagement.
  • Learn, understand, and maintain client branding and guidelines to best represent the client at all times.
  • Life-long learner mentality. You’re open to learning new ways of thinking & new skills. You’re open to feedback and are willing and able to apply it to your role.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, efficiently juggling various responsibilities while ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Familiarity with design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for engaging target audiences.
  • Keen attention to accuracy in content, data, and design to maintain brand consistency.
  • Willingness and ability to travel if needed.

  • The position offers an annual base salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience. Based on their skill level, the candidate will be placed within Brandt's job architecture at a level of Staff II.
