Job Description:
The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing content strategies for clients, managing publishing schedules, developing visual and written assets, and ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines. This role requires creativity, organization, and a proactive mindset with a desire to grow in digital marketing.
Responsibilities of the role:
1. **Content Creation and Social Media Management** - Write engaging copy for videos and image captions for client social media platforms. - Schedule monthly content across platforms using Sprout. - Design static images/graphics for flyers, announcements, and social posts. - Maintain and regularly update the shared Notion workspace with assigned content, status updates, and task tracking. - **SMART Expectations:** - Schedule 100% of approved client content on time each month via Sprout. - Update Notion with task status daily. - Participate in internal training sessions to improve tool usage and workflow optimization strategies.
2. **Blog Development and Publishing** - Use ChatGPT and provided outlines to draft engaging and informative blogs tailored for each client. - Post blogs to client websites using their CMS tools (training provided). - Participate in SEO research and keyword integration to improve blog performance in future phases (training provided). - **SMART Expectations:** - Publish all blogs after manager approval. - Begin implementing basic keyword optimization in blogs after training. - Maintain formatting and linking standards.
3. **Administrative and Support Tasks** - Assist with day-to-day tasks, including organization of materials in Notion and Google Drive. - Create and maintain spreadsheets for content planning, analytics, and task tracking. - Support the marketing team with ad-hoc assignments or process documentation. - **SMART Expectations:** - Respond to new tasks within 24 hours of assignment. - Ensure spreadsheets and folders are labeled correctly and updated weekly. - Report on progress for support tasks during weekly meetings.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience is not required, but the following are valued and will be supported through training: - Familiarity with social media platforms and engagement tactics. - Basic understanding of copywriting and image design. - Interest in developing skills in blog writing, scheduling tools, and CMS platforms. - Strong command of English (C2 level preferred).

- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe. - Basic experience with content calendars or scheduling platforms. - Understanding of social media strategy or digital marketing basics. - Ability to take initiative and work both independently and within a team.
