We’re helping a fast-growing remote-first marketplace company (founded in Berlin, ~20 people) hire a Marketing Assistant to support the next phase of its brand and growth journey. The company operates a digital platform that connects buyers and sellers across Europe, and marketing is a key lever for driving both supply and demand.

This role is perfect for someone early in their marketing career who wants real ownership across content, coordination, and campaign delivery — while learning alongside a sharp and collaborative team.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and publish content across blog, social media, newsletters, and landing pages
  • Help prepare briefs, update marketing assets, and manage timelines for upcoming campaigns
  • Support with campaign reporting using tools like GA4, HubSpot, andC internal dashboards
  • Keep content calendars, marketing documentation, and outreach workflows up to date
  • Contribute research and insights to support audience growth and channel planning

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, content, or campaign support
  • Strong writing and communication skills with attention to tone and detail
  • Ability to take ownership for your tasks in a remote-first environment
  • Comfortable using digital tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar
  • Curious, proactive, and excited to learn in a fast-moving environment
  • Bonus: experience in marketplaces, startups, or tech-driven products
