We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator / Assistant to support the personal brand and business platforms of a successful entrepreneur, a writer, designer, content creator, and founder of the “How To Work Less” platform. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves social media, entrepreneurship, productivity, and has a sharp eye for design—even if it’s just through Canva or Adobe.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives with independence, communicates clearly, and is excited about working closely with a seasoned entrepreneur. You’ll get behind-the-scenes access to a high-functioning digital business and receive ongoing mentorship in marketing, content strategy, and business systems.

🧠 What You’ll Do
This is a hybrid marketing/operations role with a mix of creative and administrative responsibilities. Tasks may include:
- Scheduling, writing, and posting content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, newsletters, etc.)
- Managing and updating the content calendar to keep everything ahead of schedule
- Repurposing existing content (podcasts, newsletters, blog posts) into bite-sized posts, graphics, or short videos
- Light design work using Canva or Adobe tools based on existing templates and brand guides
- Engaging with followers and managing community interactions
- Organizing and updating marketing systems, such as email campaigns, Notion dashboards, and SOPs
- Helping optimize digital platforms, like blogs, websites, and course pages
- Handling administrative marketing tasks, such as post-scheduling, file organization, and asset management
