Your Role
- Day-to-day tasks include:
- Designing ads, slogans, magazine/social media posts.
- Creating ad campaigns and posting to website/social media platforms once approved.
- Support sales within the office regarding solar/pumping jobs as well as online store sales, understand product information and specifications.
- Manage marketing documents and assist with event planning and coordination.
- Track marketing campaign progress.
- Manage website content, future email campaigns and social media posts.
- Provide general office support.
- Manage online store including uploading product information frequently. Manage online sales process and communicate with the office regarding sales made and necessary freight information.
- Conduct market research to allow us to target specific regions with our products and assist with promotional materials. Identify organic growth opportunities.
- Improve website’s visibility and search engine rankings through SEO management e.g. optimise website content, title tags and meta descriptions. Use a mix of technical, content and off-page SEO strategies.
Non-negotiables
What You Need:
- Have good knowledge of running a Wordpress website and be able to re-work and design this as the business evolves. Understand social media marketing and be efficient in networking through various platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Preferred Skills
They are to have excellent written communication skills and knowledge of best practices in writing for the web and social media. Preferred skills/experience:
- Energetic and enthusiastic to promote our brand. We’d love this person to jump on board with our vision and mission and be pro-active in their approach and be keen to put forward suggestions and ideas.
- Experience with wordpress websites is essential please and an understanding of social media. And experience with Adobe Photoshop
- SEO Management, be able to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. Design and improve Wordpress websites. Understand social media marketing. Have excellent communication skills and knowledge of best practices in writing for the web and social media.
