JAM+ is in search of an experienced and hands-on Email Marketing Manager to help drive our communication strategy and develop our email program across our expanding portfolio of eCommerce brands. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, this leader will be responsible for growing revenue through our email channel with strategies and programs that increase customer LTV. You’ll bring a blend of customer and data obsession to a fast-paced and dynamic eCommerce team and collaborate closely with team members across Technology, Business Intelligence, Product Management, Merchandising, Creative, Analytics, Sales and Customer Service. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and build data-driven strategies across our eCommerce brands for email and SMS to drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Create and execute against a robust A/B testing roadmap to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Track, measure, and report on KPIs, delivering insights into performance and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with our Creative and Merchandising teams by developing briefs for all emails and working with the team to bring those briefs to life.
  • Build a promotional strategy that leverages a diverse offer set to drive incremental order volume and customer LTV.
  • Be an expert in our customers and a thought-leader for how to establish the right level of segmentation and personalization throughout the customer journey.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure that email is a seamless part of all customer interactions.
  • Leverage analytics to identify trends and develop strategic, data-driven solutions to complex business problems.
  • Lead end-to-end management of email and SMS campaigns, from planning, creative development, testing, execution, to analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in email marketing, preferably with a direct-to-consumer brand.
  • Experience with SBO and SMB customers is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of driving actionable insights from data.
  • Extensive experience with A/B testing: structure, execution, and analysis.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, product categories, brands, and stakeholders.
  • Tremendous attention to detail with the capability to establish processes and automation.
  • Experience with Klaviyo required. Experience with Magento, Tableau, and Google Analytics (GA4) is preferred.
