About The Team
The Lifecycle Marketing Operations Team is dedicated to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Zillow's owned marketing channels. Our mission is to accelerate execution, ensure the health of our channels, and increase their overall impact to drive success for our organization.
The team is the primary expert on email, SMS, push notification and in-app messaging channels. Partner closely with our marketing strategy, data science and technology teams to configure and launch new channels and campaigns that drive business objectives and align with channel and audience health benchmarks. Use expertise in MarTech tools and audience data to define requirements and deliver final outputs. Enhance channels by leading initiatives to develop new processes and technical capabilities, unlock new features or share insights to inform testing and learning strategies, improve messaging capabilities, streamline data and maintain operational excellence in systems.

About The Role
The ideal candidate shines in a fast-paced environment, and has experience with campaign execution, email deliverability, and marketing operations even amidst ambiguity. This role leans heavily into hands-on-keyboard work, but also requires program management and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams. You Will Get To:
This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.
In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
