We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as Laravel Developer.

Compensation:

COP 7M - 8.6M/month.

Location:

Remote (for Bolivia, Perú, Ecuador, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Brasil, and Paraguay residents).

  • You are proficient in Eloquent, Laravel, PHP, and REST API.
  • Spanish - Native or fully fluente.

Responsibilities and more:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly self-driven Laravel Developer to rebuild a PHP application using Laravel, ensuring scalability and best practices. You will be responsible for backend development, MySQL database optimization, API implementation, webhooks, third-party integrations, and server management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize backend systems using Laravel.
  • Design and implement efficient MySQL database structures.
  • Create and manage RESTful APIs and webhooks.
  • Handle third-party integrations and ensure system interoperability.
  • Set up and manage server environments (Linux, Nginx/Apache, PHP, MySQL).
  • Follow best practices in code quality, security, and scalability.
  • Maintain version control using Git.
  • Write clear documentation of technical decisions and implementations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Laravel and PHP development.
  • Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, migrations, and database optimization.
  • Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and solve complex technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized environments.
  • Frontend experience with Vue.js or React.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to document technical decisions clearly.
