Position Overview
We’re looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing clean, user-friendly experiences and eager to grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll collaborate with experienced designers, product managers, and engineers to bring thoughtful design solutions to life across web and mobile platforms. Core Responsibilities
- Support the design of user-friendly web and mobile interfaces that align with product goals and user needs
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
- Participate in user research and usability testing sessions to identify pain points and improvement areas
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design ideas
- Help maintain design consistency across platforms by following and contributing to our design system
- Stay informed on design trends, best practices, and accessibility principles
- Assist in creating and updating design documentation and user flows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design , Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of professional or internship experience in UI/UX design
- A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of design principles and attention to detail
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience leveraging AI tools and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Grok, Copilot, Lovable) to support quick prototyping, refactoring, and creative problem solving.
- Comfort with “vibe coding” — rapidly translating product and design ideas into prototypes using LLMs as collaborators, not just tools.
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus)
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Comfortable receiving feedback and eager to grow in a collaborative team environment
- Awa reness of accessibility best practices and responsive design
- Nice to have: Experience or personal interest in health, wellness, or fitness — bonus points if you’ve built or used tools in this space.
